https://aryballe.com/ is a business developing AI to help machines smell. Not generate an odour, but be able to work out if you or I smell, or if food is good, etc. This is in part achieved by digital olfaction, capturing odour signatures using biosensors and analysing software. This could be used for so many things, one purpose I thought of is a ‘shame and blame system’ for elevators.

SpaceX this past weekend launched another 52 Starlink internet satellites. Elon Musks plan is to have around 40000 satellites offering internet service for users around the globe.

The Chernobyl's nuclear disaster happened back in 1986, but now nuclear fuel in the underground room called ‘305/2’ appears to be starting up again with new fission reactions. Interesting and scary! A side nugget from that year, a few months after ‘Chernobyl’, Oprah Winfreys show is broadcasted nationally for the first time.

What is getting into our bodies?

A recent study in the journal of ‘Environmental Science and Technology’ has said we are consuming around 39000 to 52000 micro plastic particles annually. A lot of this comes from car and truck tyres by the way. Explains floaters?

Researchers related to the ‘Program on Reproductive Health and the Environmental Research and Translation for Health’ centre, have reported more than 50 new environmental chemicals in their test subjects bodies ….
